Francesco Dall'Oca

Francesco Dall’Oca is the co-founder and managing partner of KanbanBOX. Since 2007, he’s been working as a Lean Transformation Consultant, helping companies streamline their production, logistics, and administrative processes. He leads the implementation of pull systems in complex environment worldwide, specializing in large multi-plant corporations.

Francesco graduated in Engineering and Management from the University of Padua and teaches at CUOA Business School in Vicenza for the MBA and Master in Lean Management programs. He also co-founded Officina Snella and the Kanban Experience Factory, Italy’s first experiential learning formats that replicates lean processes in a real manufacturing environment.
