Guido Bonuzzi

Guido Bonuzzi is co-founder and managing partner of KanbanBOX. Specializing in Lean Manufacturing and Digital Lean, he earned a Master’s Degree in Management Engineering from the University of Padua. Since 2007, he has dedicated his expertise to helping manufacturing companies implement Lean techniques. He is also the Head of the Development Team at KanbanBOX. In 2012, he was selected by CUOA Business School in Vicenza to teach Lean techniques in their MBA and Master in Lean Management programs. He is also the co-founder of Officina Snella, the first experiential learning format in Italy that replicates a Lean process in a full-scale, 1:1 model of a real factory.
