Matteo Biagini

Matteo Biagini is co-founder and managing partner of KanbanBOX.  An expert in Lean Manufacturing, he graduated in Management Engineering at the University of Padua, he has developed significant expertise over the years in software development, integration of enterprise information systems, as well as in the design and implementation of software tools. Thanks to the combination of these two fields, Lean and software development, Matteo has specialized in the lean management of information flows and the transformation and industrialization of physical production processes. He is also the co-founder of Officina Snella, the first experiential learning format in Italy that replicates a Lean process within a real factory model.
